  • These Terms and Conditions are automatically displayed on first entering the Intermediary Online site or in the event of any change to the Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions may be reviewed at any time by selecting the footer link at the bottom of the page.
  • Before obtaining access to Intermediary Online ('Site') User acknowledges that they have entered into the Intermediary Online Subscription Agreement (‘Agreement’) with Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd ABN 48 078 279 277(‘Computershare’) which sets out the legal requirements in accessing Intermediary Online and you agree to be bound by the Agreement and the terms and conditions of use set out below.
  • Computershare has taken reasonable care in publishing the information contained at this Site but does not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or current. In particular, Computershare is not responsible for the accuracy of information which has been provided by third parties.
  • The holding balance shown for any security holder is that recorded on the register after processing on the previous business day, but may not be the current holding balance. Users of the Site are responsible for adjustments for transactions which have not yet been registered.

By accessing HINs you warrant that the issuers of the relevant securities are entitled to provide the HINs in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules. You should note that HINs are extremely sensitive and confidential and in no circumstances should they be disclosed to any party other than the relevant securityholder or their authorised representative where necessary as part of correspondence being sent to that person. You should note that HINs must not be printed anywhere that is visible to a third party including the outside or within the window of an envelope. To do so will result in a breach of the ASX Settlement Operating Rules and may result in a substantial fine. Computershare disclaims all liability for any loss, claims or damages incurred resulting from the unauthorised disclosure or misuse of a HIN accessed through the use of this Site.
